At Bondilane, we want you to love every purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, we offer a simple and stress-free return process focused on your satisfaction.
How It Works
You have 14 business days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. Whether the item isn’t your style, didn’t match your expectations, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ve got you covered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition and unwashed.
- All original tags, packaging, and protective elements should be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (confirmation email or invoice) is required
We gladly accept returns on all eligible items, including those purchased on sale.
Getting Started
Send an email to info@bondilane.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. Our team will reply promptly with return instructions.
Shipping Note
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
No Surprises
We don’t believe in hidden charges returns are handled without extra fees or unexpected costs.
Your Refund
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
This process usually takes up to 7 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to finalize the transaction.
Order Cancellation
We understand - sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@bondilane.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this 2-hour window, cancellation is no longer possible because your order will already be processing with our supplier. In that case, you can wait for the delivery and return the item according to our return policy.
Prefer an Exchange?
If you’d like a different item, size, or color instead, just mention that in your return email we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange.
